Every Black & White Culture piece is made to order after payment confirmation.
- Production: Usually 1-5 working days.
- Delivery within India: Usually 2-9 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping service.
- Tracking: Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Delivery estimates can be affected by courier delays, weather, remote locations or an incomplete address. Please check your phone number, pincode and complete address before placing the order.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or free size exchanges. Please check the size information carefully before ordering.
If an item is misprinted, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and provide:
- An unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the item and issue
- Photographs of the original packaging
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days, damage caused while opening the parcel and size selections made incorrectly may not qualify.
